Extra Eyes is a secret shopping service that hires Independent Contractors to complete shops at various locations throughout the United States. Although we started in Southern California, our business has grown and we expanded to become a nationwide company in 2003. We have been in business for six years and are growing rapidly. Shoppers that work for Extra Eyes Nationwide, Inc. will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for different clients. Some "shops" are "secret" shops where you evaluate service quality, some are "audits" where you document pricing structures or other information that the client wants to know about. The reimbursement for each shop depends on a variety of factors and will be detailed for you as shops become available. Our clients vary from financial institutions to retail stores, manufacturers and others.

As independent contractors, agents are paid a flat rate for each shop performed. Extra Eyes issues paychecks by the 15th of every month. Each check is mailed to the shopper at their home address unless otherwise requested in writing. Extra Eyes does not take tax deductions, as independent contractors are not employees of Extra Eyes. Independent Contractors are required to submit a current W9 form, which will be provided via email. Taxes are the responsibility of each shopper. It is suggested that each shopper contact a tax consultant with regards to tracking mileage, expenses and reimbursement of business expenses.

Shoppers must have the ability to convey their thoughts and experiences in written form.

PLEASE CREATE A FILE IN YOUR C: DRIVE and name it "EXTRA EYES" or something similar so that you'll have a place to save any attachments you receive via email. These might include shop forms, instructions or other information vital to your work with us. This way you will have all the information you need to refer to on hand, in the same location and as our relationship expands you will receive updates, report forms and other documentation for your review.
