Extra Eyes opened for business in Southern California in 1998. The company, which services retail, financial and service industries, has grown by word of mouth since its inception and currently boasts a nationwide presence. Extra Eyes Nationwide, Inc. was founded by its current President, Suzette Drake. While working in a variety of positions in the retail service industry, Ms. Drake recognized the impact exceptional customer service has on increasing profitability. She set out to create a system for businesses to improve the ways they interact with customers and differentiate themselves by providing outstanding customer service. Ms. Drake brings a vast amount of experience and knowledge from the customer service industry that spans over twenty years.
